Six guesses. Follow the price.
- Guess the price of the whole pack in US dollars.
- Higher or lower tells you where to go next. Close means within 25%.
- Land within 5%, including the boundary, to win.
Invalid or repeated prices do not use a guess. Daily changes at midnight New York time. Unlimited offers another item whenever you finish. Progress stays in this browser.

Costcodle turns a familiar shopping question into a short puzzle: what does this pack cost? The original Costcodle is a daily game by KermWasTaken. DailyPlay offers independent Costcodle-style practice with its own daily selection and an unlimited mode. It is not affiliated with Costco or the original game’s publisher. The names, pack sizes and reference prices come from the original game’s openly published catalog, credited under its MIT license.
How Costcodle Unlimited works
Each round presents one named grocery pack and gives you six valid guesses. Type the total pack price in US dollars, including cents if you want. If your guess lands within five percent of the saved price, you win. Otherwise, the receipt tells you to go higher or lower. A guess within twenty-five percent also gets a close label. Both percentage boundaries count, so you never lose to a hidden rounding rule. Empty, invalid and repeated amounts leave your remaining attempts unchanged.
Daily or unlimited
Unlimited draws from 116 fixed-pack price snapshots. It avoids repeats within a deck, so you can keep discovering products until the deck cycles. Daily gives everyone the same item for the New York calendar date. You get one daily round in this browser, and a completed result stays available until the next daily. It is DailyPlay’s daily selection, not today’s official Costcodle answer. Switch modes without losing an unfinished round, or return later in the same browser to continue. Clearing browser data removes that progress.
Read the package before the price
A case of twenty-four cans is a different question from one can. Start with a rough single-item estimate, multiply by the pack size, and use the first directional clue to narrow your range. Avoid repeating the same guess: the receipt keeps every valid amount visible. There is no timer, so you can take a moment to compare the sizes and think. When a round ends, the saved price appears with the catalog source. Sharing copies only your attempt count and colored squares, keeping the item and price out of the message.
What the prices mean
These are historical game snapshots retrieved on October 28, 2026, not live store quotes. The source does not provide a capture date or warehouse for every price. Taxes, regional pricing, promotions and today’s stock can differ. The target is the amount in the game’s reference record; it is not a promise about what a store charges now. No account, purchase or analytics consent is required to play.

How to play Price Check
- Read the product name and full pack size. Your guess is for the whole pack in US dollars.
- Enter a price. Higher or lower gives a direction; within 25% is close, and within 5% wins.
- Finish within six valid guesses, then share a spoiler-free result or play the next item.
